The Non-Verbal Trauma Release process is designed to be straightforward and accessible. Upon arrival, the client is encouraged to dress comfortably and ensure adequate hydration.

During the session, the practitioner invites the client to reflect on any trauma they wish to address that day, respecting their choice to either share it or keep it private. Subsequently, the practitioner guides the client through a series of verbal activations, with the client repeating after them, followed by gentle activation maneuvers along the spine. Once prepared, the client reclines on the massage table with eyes closed, allowing the therapeutic process to unfold naturally.

What to Expect During a Trauma Session

Each client experiences a unique journey throughout their healing process, with each session offering opportunities for personal growth and transformation.
